Our winery building, a reinforced concrete and steel mixed structure, is 425 m2. The 300 m2 basement floor is where you’ll find our production area and cellars, showcasing the heart of our operations below ground level and gross concrete.
The 125 m2 ground floor, where the tasting and sales area are located, was built in 2021 as a steel structure. After obtaining the necessary permits, production began in 2022.
“We adhere to the adage.” The vineyard produces wine. Our winery meticulously processes grapes grown and harvested carefully, employing traditional, technology-aided techniques.” We control and monitor our stainless-steel fermentation tanks with floating lids and cooling jackets with +/—0.1 C precision.
