Post-fermentation, with the "sur lie" technique, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for ten months.

Produced from Öküzgözü grapes, the Rose is a cotton candy pink. The scents on the nose include red fruits of medium concentration, raspberry and strawberry aromas, and floral notes in the background, bringing forward their freshness. In the palate, you can taste dry, red fruits. The sharp acidity brings out its freshness, coming together for a lively, medium-long finish.

This light ruby-colored coupage offers aromas of black cherry and Damson plum on the nose, with notes of black pepper. On the palate, sweet spices, licorice, blackcurrant, and dark chocolate notes accompany the red fruits. Medium-bodied, with a delicate structure, velvet tannins integrated with oak aromas offer a unified medium-long finish. After fermentation, It aged six months in French oak barrels, enhancing its flavor profile.
